The Texas Rural Challenge, a statewide conference hosted in Waco, TX, June 29-30, 2017, features an outstanding opportunity for student entrepreneurs.

As part of the statewide conference, the Texas Student Challenge is a business plan competition held to encourage entrepreneurship and innovation among students in the State of Texas. The competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students, of any major, attending a Texas college or university.

By supporting the Texas Student Challenge, you are helping student finalists who need to travel to Waco, TX to compete in the final competition at the Texas Rural Challenge. Through your donation(s), traveling stipends will be made available to students who will vie to compete for monetary prizes and in-kind services from Texas Small Business Development Centers to help make their winning business ventures a reality!

The University of Texas at San Antonio’s SBDC Rural Business Program and the Texas Rural Challenge thanks you for your generosity and support of our Texas college students!
